What Synapse Edge does
Synapse Edge finds and fixes the gaps between marketing spend and closed revenue. An audit shows how buyers find a company in Google and in AI assistants, how the website turns visits into leads, how calls and forms are tracked to their source, and what happens to each lead inside the CRM. Synapse Edge's team then builds the fixes: tracking, CRM workflows, website and content changes, and AI visibility work. After launch, the team runs and improves the system.
Synapse Edge was founded by Yaroslav Bogday, an operator with a proven track record inside several companies, including PepsiCo and two Caterpillar dealer groups. He did the work himself: he implemented CRM and BI systems, launched websites and paid search programs, set up call centers and call routing, grew sales from digital channels, and grew search visibility. The results are documented with their numbers below and on the case studies page.
Services
Six connected disciplines, described in full on the services page:
- Growth strategy and market intelligence: competitive landscape, visibility gaps, go-to-market strategy, and revenue target modeling.
- Sales operations and CRM optimization: funnel redesign, lead routing, CRM structure and automation, data management, and sales enablement.
- Revenue analytics and attribution: call tracking, lead source attribution, GA4 and Google Tag Manager setup, dashboards, and funnel performance analysis.
- SEO and local authority: commercial-intent SEO, multi-location local SEO, technical SEO, and visibility in AI search (GEO, AEO).
- AI-driven infrastructure: site architecture and content that AI search systems can read and cite, and AI tools inside sales and service workflows.
- Email marketing and automation: follow-up sequences and lifecycle nurturing that run without manual effort.
Audits and pricing
Prices as of October 2026. Current prices are always on the pricing page.
- AI visibility audit, $900: how ChatGPT and Google AI answer for the client's category, which competitors get cited, and the technical foundation (schema, llms.txt, rendering, crawler access). Runs on public data, no account access needed.
- Search and authority audit, $1,950: everything in the AI visibility audit, plus technical SEO, on-page review, backlinks, and competitor and SERP gap analysis.
- Content and conversion audit, $3,500: everything above, plus content depth and E-E-A-T, internal linking, conversion rate optimization, call tracking and attribution, and local search (Google Business Profile, Bing Places, NAP, reviews).
- Full sales and marketing infrastructure audit, $5,500: everything above, plus CRM and lead flow, stakeholder interviews with sales and marketing, closed-loop reporting from lead source to closed revenue, and email automation.
- Sales and marketing infrastructure blueprint, from $7,500: custom scope, credited to the build.
Full findings are delivered in 10 business days. Every audit ends with a fix plan ranked by revenue impact and specified to the level a developer builds from. Synapse Edge's team then implements it. Data access is read-only and scoped to the audit.
Who we work with
Established mid-market and enterprise B2B companies with long, high-ticket sales cycles: commercial equipment dealers, industrial services firms, and multi-location businesses. The usual buyers are marketing managers and directors, and owners or general managers.
Clients usually come to Synapse Edge with one of two problems:
- Deals get lost between the first search and the closed sale. Calls go untracked, leads wait too long for a response, and the CRM cannot show what marketing produced.
- Lead flow is falling. Companies that built steady lead volume on Google search are losing traffic and leads as buyers get answers from AI assistants instead of clicking through to websites. Synapse Edge improves their visibility in AI answers to restore that lead flow.
Synapse Edge does not publish client names. Case studies describe each client by industry and region.
